They will not pay if they can justify it in any way. I used a serach engine first and then TCB and that is their rationale for not paying

Purchased product in December 2010 - cashback did not track initially, so had to go through submitting an enquiry. The cashback was eventually tracked but changed from the correct amount to £0.00. Went through the "Missing Cashback" once again and eventually, after 4 months of follow-up have now received the cash back.
Will I use the cashback for this merchant again? Probably not !!!
But the help and support from the topcashback team was great throughout...

I had to reserve online and take my reservation doc to the shop then input my receipt number online. It was a bit of a bother but OK although the cashback was rather slow in coming thru.

Getting the cashback tracked and carrying out the transaction was easy, but as far as customer service for currys goes it is the worst ever, i ordered a mobile phone as a present but then decided to return it for a different style, and currys just passed me from the store to a call centre and to a store again! They were very unhelpful and i would not buy from them ever again!

Almost 4 months later and my cashback has still not tracked.. it's been "waiting for retailer" for the last 3. Not impressed with Currys!

Viewed product before ordering through Top Cashback.My purchase (22" led/lcd tv) was offered to me in packaging that had obviously been dropped and squashed.I asked for and was reluctantly given another another unit.

Cashback smoothly through and payed in 9 weeks, plus a 10 % discount code. Great result, will definatly be using again. First class service and quality product, dont think it gets much better.

Awesome, the cashback experience here was perfect. I was buying an item and picking it up from the store instead of buying online - basically I needed it straight away. The Curry's website showed it cheaper than the store direct so I did a reserve and collect. And thought no more about it. However, because I'd gone through TCB they asked for my receipt details and subsequently paid the relevant cashback on the purchase even tho it wasn't an online one. Now you can't beat that for service.

Avoid currys they never pay you cashback complete waste of money and time. Even when you provide all the details about the authorisation codes for cashback they never respond or pay you.
