Refused to pay the cashback
Made an expensive purchase from Currys using the cashback link, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the cashback should have been over £26, except Currys declined it. I logged a claim and they declined it again stating it 'didn't meet the terms and conditions', but there is nothing anywhere in the T&C's that would actually explain why this can't be paid or how I've not met the T&C's.

It's not a reliable retailer for cashback; 'Absolutely nothing in the terms excluded my 6% cashback on a purchase of over £100, but it was refused for not adhering to them? Cashback REFUSED
I do so wish I'd read the reviews rather than the Ts & Cs. Absolutely nothing in the terms excluded my 6% cashback on a purchase of over £100, but it was refused for not adhering to them? If it's not there in the first place, how are we supposed to know?
Needless to say, will *never* shop at Currys again, sticking to AO in future, not only are they the same price or cheaper, they play fair!

Ridiculous wait
Had to wait 4 months to get a modest amount of cashback after buying a printer from Currys - had to chase for this. Still waiting for the TopCashback bonus which I activated before making the purchase. Had to chase again for that today. Quite ridiculous wait.

The Apple Watch that I bought was £299.99 and I received a £2.49 cashback. On the moment when I made a purchase it was saying that cashback will be 10% but it’s I didn’t receive 10% cashback..
