	Cashback never works Third purchase on Currys via TCB - this time for a washing machine. Third time declined for no reason despite meeting all conditions. False advertising and won't be shopping with them again.

	Fast at giving cashback Currys are one of the quickest companies at giving cashback - they can be relied upon to get it right first time. Always a good thing.

	Scammer company!!! FALSE ADVERTISING............SCAMMERS!!! bought washing machine from them used no vouchers or codes should have recieved about £24 got £3 was supposed to pay difference when it was checked by currys submitted claim to tcb reply came back from currys id recieved what i was supposed to get!!! in my opinion tcb shouldnt get customers for them currys lie to get business tcb gave me the difference which was very kind of them x I will never buy anything ever again from these liars

	Soooo slow, I wouldn't bother! This merchant has to be one of the slowest to pay out. I've used them a few times now and it seems to take longer every one (and that is if cashback actually tracks, be prepared to wait much longer if not). I would seriously consider before using them.

	Cashback claim rejected by retailer Ordered a washing machine after taking into consideration the cashback. Tracked immediately and item was collected from store the following day. 1 month later, message to say the cashback has been declined with no reason. I would not trust Currys cashback when considering your purchase.

	Currys = cashback scammers Purchased a dishwasher using a special offer on TopCashback for large kitchen appliances over £400 (purchase price was £520) which should have given me around £40 cashback. Instead it's £4.33. Requested it to be corrected for five months, but Curry's refused to honour the deal without any explanation.

	I bought the item in April and they have only just given me the discount. I had to keep nudging top cashback to get in touch with Currys to pay the discount. It took over 2 months before they finally paid out.

	Yet again a purchase completed fully online denied for no reason. Cleared cookies and purchased a TV fully online and collected the same day but cashback denied for no reason yet again. Dreadful company. I wouldn’t purchase anything from Currys on the basis on cashback.

	No item, no explanation, no customer service, no call backs..... Short version, made an online order, didnt arrive, contacted customer services TWICE who were completely clueless and useless, both times they said I would be called back within 48 hours TWICE, TWICE no one called me. Completely baffled by the incompetence and the apparent disinterest in completing a sale worth hundreds. Tried to send a formal complaint by email but the email address is no longer active. Contacted C.S. again to make a formal complaint and again told someone will get back to me in 48 hours.........the item has continuously showed as being in stock and available for delivery.......seems to be a complete waste of time.

	Cashback declined I purchased a LG OLED TV back in December from Currys. After comparing the price across various online stores Currys price (with the 10% cashback) came on top. Unfortunately, after a lot of back and forth the cashback got declined. My advice to everyone - do not include Currys cashback offer when comparing the price with other sellers, most likely it will get declined. Lesson learned the hard way.

	Too Slow and Wrong percentage of cashback given Rubbish, took too long and didn't even give me the correct amount of cashback for this purchase. Should have been 10%
