	Waste of TIme being on topcashback retailer Spent over £400 for it to be declined!!! For no reason by currys. Why are you even on here if won't support people buying items..... waste of time!!!

	Terrible! Spent 2k with Currys got 99p cashback, it tracked at £21 then for no reason dropped to 99p and stayed there, nothing but problems with all these cashback site, they will have gotten their commission of course.

	Didn’t get cash back Bought tv but was advised i didn’t get payout because it must have already been in my basket. Seemed too good to be true and it was ;(

	My spend didnt track and had to raise a ticket for Currys I had to raise a ticket for my £400+ spend on currys to receive the cashback. It took several months. It did eventually work but its a long wait.

	Wont honour cashback claim Currys stated that the purchase made on their website did not originate from TCB, despite no adblockers in operation and cookies enabled on my browser. I even have the TCB browser extension installed which was activated at the time of my purchase. Believe this is a cheap underhand attempt at Curry's trying to save a few pennies.

	Misleading to say the least bought 3 large kitchen appliances with no discount code via the site, instead of the 6% it tracked much lower than this, when i quizzed it the team at topcashback agreed but curry's didnt very misleading and very slow to say the least find another retailer.

	Lengthy Delay to receive Cashback I bought a new Samsung TV from Currys via TCB which didn't track !! I submitted a missing cashback claim and was told Currys make you wait 30 days before they will even consider paying out any cashback !! .................FOUR months later, I finally received £3.50 cashback. No doubt TCB will blame Currys and Currys will blame TCB. I'M NOT IMPRESSED WITH EITHER OF THEM !!

	Worst customer service ever Useless customer service. Messed up collection of old fridge freezer. Then say they can't collect after new appliance delivered. Communication throughout dreadful. No confirmation of delivery, they just turned up. Had to wait 3 weeks so needed to buy a second hand fridge freezer to tide us over. Do not buy from them

	Cash back declined Bought a washing machine and the purchase was tracked but then declined once I received the washing machine.. According to others reviews they seems to always decline the cashback. Tcb should look into this and decided whether their should be removed from the site all together if they aren't going to stick to giving out the cashback.

	Cannot use gift card for purchasing a mobile Currys accepted my order but then emailed within a few minutes to say they'd cancelled it. When checking their virtual assistant, wondering how long it would take to refund my gift card payment, I discovered that they don't accept them for purchasing mobiles. I tried to re-order, only to find the price match code could no longer be used, so I've now missed out on that and won't be receiving the phone in the expected timeframe as I now will be looking elsewhere. Plus I'm left with the gift card which I got from my Topcashback earnings specifically for this purchase.

	Ripped off by topcashback and currys 2024The deal on TCB said 'get up to £100 off selected fridge freezers plus get 10% cashback.' By clicking on the tile and landing on the Currys website and accepting cookies. I was then looking at a page full of fridge freezers (including the one I bought). I used a code to get £100 off. Since the deal says up to £100 off PLUS 10% cashback I believed the deal would be eligible for cashback. The wording is purposely misleading. Topcashback don't care that myself and so many others have been ripped off.

	Declined my cashback despite not using any promotional codes. Declined my cashback despite not using any promotional codes, paid via PayPal. They actually declined my cashback before my item has even been dispatched... I'll submit an appeal but I'm not holding my breath.

	Did not payout I bought a voucher which gave ame a reduction from Currys and I used this to purchase a vacuum cleaner. The cashback was declined. Therefore be careful as they don't appear to want to payout on vouchers.

	Took a while and was a lower % than expected Bought a new fridge freezer and was tempted by the % cashback. Turned out to get a lower % than expected and it took a while to clear.

	Cashback never works Third purchase on Currys via TCB - this time for a washing machine. Third time declined for no reason despite meeting all conditions. False advertising and won't be shopping with them again.
