Bought a freezer from Currys at the end of January and my cashback has failed to track. Have raised a query with TCB about the problem, but no news from anyone yet. The freezer when it arrived had three small dents on one side, which the delivery men tried to hide by placing the freezer very quickly in position against my kitchen units. As the dents cannot be seen due to position of freezer I have not complained - but I did not like the way the delivery personnel tried to hide the fact they were there.

Bought Norton Security for computer end of December at Currys using their reserve and pick-up in store method and cashback initially showed up as pending. Filled in all the necessary details on receipt and now when it is due, in fact overdue for payment it has gone to zero. Not the first time this has happened with this Company. Claim now in to TCB

Bought a laptop put in reciept number and it tracked but payable to nothing!!! whats the point? had good experience with every other retailer won't bother with curry's in future.

Bought a freezer from curry's. Reserve and collected from store. The transaction didn't track initially. With the intervention of TCB it has now been paid. Make sure that when you collect your item that you use your reservation no. & keep your receipt to hand just in case it doesn't track.

Cashback tracked only as pending then changed to payable and zero value. I will not be using this service for this vendor again. Currys are a joke - do not shop with them!!! I have had previously bad experiences with Currys and this only confirmed the fact I should of stayed away. You have been warned.

i never got my cashback for this item. i bought a laptop . they confirmed the payment but the figure changed to 0 then disapeared from my account. very unhappy!

Brought 3/01 still waiting cash back (now 24/2). I did my home work and got the laptop I wanted as these guys know nothing about computers. Tracked quickly just hope its right and 28/02 the amount is payable!

Similar experience as those quoted recently - cashback tracked and confirmed to date to become payable, whereby it then shows as Zero. Not at all impressed.

I used the Reserve & Collect service with no issues. The order tracked OK and after providing the required information, the Cashback showed up as the correct amount. However, after waiting 3 months, the cashback was declined! Manual claim now submitted.

Currys require receipt validation and then decline cashback ! Highly unprofessional and the lowest levels of customer service available. Very disappointed with this merchant and suggest that topcashback remove them, integrity is important in business !

In November 2010 I have bought a cofemaker and grinder from Currys. I paid nearly £200 for them. It was tracked quickly but the confirmation was really slow. Now I logged in and says payable is £0.00. AVOID Currys, they dont pay back, I was entitled to get nearly £5 after £200 and got nothing.

Currys have usually paid cashback, but on this occasion it was confirmed at just over £15.00 but then when it came to Payable the amount went to zero 00.00 distgusting that this has happened 3 months down the line, wish I had gone to comet. Shame on you Currys
