Seems to take months to track. Have been waiting since mid November (now mid-Jan) for instore pick up cashback. Process to get cashback relies on waiting till you have a prompt onscreen which in my case didn't show up for 24 hours. No complaints about TopCashBack who have been great but the Curry's systems are slow to track.

Bought in November, and tracked within a few days. Payable about 2 weeks ago so all in all great transaction and got about £10 cashback from the TV I bought, the TV was damaged when it arrived though, but Currys arranged an exchange about a week later.

Confirmation email still not received, and item not reserved for collection and only slightly marked display item available on hectic buying day, but customer services collected only replacement item being delivered at that time so all well and customer satisfied.

Purchased a Garmin Nuvi 1310T sat nav from Currys. I ordered the item on-line with Currys via TopCashBack yesterday and collected it from the store today. No problems at all,an easy,seamless transaction; although i have yet to try the product out.

ordered a new tv online in sept which wass delivered 3 days later, NO CASHBACK despite the order completed wholly online and through the cashback website, have submitted a claim in sept but as yet no update, last week made a smaller purchase and again not tracked, submitted a claim .... again. feel like its all a con as every other purchase i made through this site has worked

I "Reserved" a microwave on 26th Dec ready for collection and payment on 27th Dec. The item was purchased but I still havent had the "prompt" to enter my till receipt number to qualify for cashback.
