All in all we had a good experience although the product we were first given proved to be faulty. Currys changed it with no quibble although they could not supply the exact same model and the new model was slightly cheaper. We are now having a problem with their customer service in receiving the difference in price between the two models.

Have ordered Reserve and Collect twice now via TCB - did not track on either occasion, and no response from Currys or TCB through raising an enquiry and many nudges. I live close to a big Currys, and use them occasionally as they're not a bad retailer so long as you don't need real advice - but don't think I'll bother trying for the cashback via TCB again.

The reserve and collect service was very quick, simple and tracks very well. The service all round was very good. For these reasons I have used cashback with Currys a number of times now.

Seems to take months to track. Have been waiting since mid November (now mid-Jan) for instore pick up cashback. Process to get cashback relies on waiting till you have a prompt onscreen which in my case didn't show up for 24 hours. No complaints about TopCashBack who have been great but the Curry's systems are slow to track.

Bought in November, and tracked within a few days. Payable about 2 weeks ago so all in all great transaction and got about £10 cashback from the TV I bought, the TV was damaged when it arrived though, but Currys arranged an exchange about a week later.
