There was a mix up with my reservation and the chosen store did not have both products I wanted so the order was split and I had to travel to 2 different stores. I was very happy with the products but I see over a month later that they have not yet confirmed my cash back!

Thank you Currys. Ring and reserve used twice now. I had one problem (with one item) and I found Currys Customer Services at Head Office to be outstanding, it was sorted out straightaway with an email to my local branch, they in turn were great, ringing me to double check they had selected the right item for me to collect and it was ready and waiting for me when I called in later the same day. Great customer service (and with a smile).

Very good experience with reserve and collect and although confirmation procedure for cashback is a bit laborious it worked well.

Pfft...2 in a row now that this useless shower have not paid out even though I clear did it correctly...& the service when I picked up was TERRIBLE !!!
But then a Curry's store on the Old Kent Road...I'm sure Londoners will know what I'm referring to....
