No problems with purchase, cash back requirement for reciept number a bit naff as no immediate confirmation if you have entered the correct number or not!

No vote on the quality of the item as it's a Christmas present and as yet untried. Curry's system for ordering on line and picking up at local store was first class, the goods being on the shelf behind the checkout when I arrived a half hour later.

Ordered online via topcashback and within 10 minutes Curry's telephoned me to inform me that my order was ready for collection at my local store. Collected that evening and my goods were ready and waiting for me. Excellent service.

Despite I had to claim the transaction (not a big deal, just a few clicks), it tracked a few days after the claim, and it has become payable very quick! Very positive experience.

The parcel was dispatched from carrier's Lincoln depot to Hatfield , then to Salisbury, back to Hatfield and finally to Northampton depot from which it was finally delivered to my Northants address. This is a Xmas present so I have not nbeen able to try the Laptop to ascertain if all the handling has has not had a detrimental effect on the Laptop. This circuititous delivery route is carrier's poor service not the fault of Currys.

Declined very small genuine transaction, claim in but no update. How can they decline a genuine transaction when it had to be manually validated with the code?

They had the best deal available at the time of purchase for what I wanted when I took discount code & cashback into account and to be fair it was delivered on time by DHL, got email confirmations with tracking info for courier(even if there were a few too many emails some of which told me nothing new),exactly as ordered and cashback has tracked properly. I try to avoid giving this lot my money if I can help it but in this case they had the best deal and stock available for delivery...
