Note that cashback from Currys is based on the ex VAT price, and does not include delivery. My cashback is tracking OK only 12 hours after placing the order. Will advise if any issues arise in completing the transaction.

Completely rubbish currys wspending £ 16 pounds cashback and then paid nothing they are fraud and avoid buying through topcash back as they will never trace your missing cashback claims.

Purchased online from Currys twice and have never managed to get them to track and manual claims ignored so would never purchase from them on the basis of cashback. Apart from that they as good as any other retailer

When unpacked dishwasher found a huge dent in the door which meant it couldn't be opened. Phoned retailer straight back and they offered to replace. Great!

I bought a great product using the reserve and collect service. It waiting for me at the cash desk when I arrived to collect the next day.Cant fault the service I received from the sales person or the ease of ordering on their web site. fantastic.

Purchased via the click and reserve service. Went to collect and they couldn't locate the order and eventually did after a 10 minute wait. Once home one of the pair of external hard drives failed on upload, returned to the store only to be told they had no more (although 3 were showing as stock held online minutes prior). Wanted me to go to another store but eventually someone found another, not great service this time.
To top it off manual cashback claim had to be made due to not tracking, still waiting for a response.

A great sale price negated a somewhat stingy cashback by the merchant. However, the Beko range while not as well known as other makes surpasses most with its value for money features and quality. Great Buy!!

I have used Currys on a couple of occasions now via Topcashback and I am impressed on the quick turnaround of rewards. I do think they are a bit stingy on what they offer but anything is better than nothing!

Good offer on website, cant comment on cashback as i was unable to purchase my reserve and collect item even though I was stood with the cash in my hand as the store did not want to sell the item at the website price !
Have complained bitterly to Currys customer service and await reply.... shant hold my breath.
