2 different experiences. first ongoing since July and yet to resolve cashback with merchant - obviously disapointing. Second, reserved and collected instore and seems smooth going so far - note FYI this merchant cashback is on amount less VAT.

Purchased a fridge freezer through tcb.tracked ok regarding time factor,but cashback dropped from £629 99 to £524 99.When I queried this with tcb,they said it was correct because Currys deduct VAT from the total.Never heard of this before,so the old saying comes to mind,- "let the buyer beware".

Transaction tracked and after I entered the receipts code as instructed the cashback has now become payable 11 weeks on.
Would recommend - cashback isn't as high as other places to purchase similar goods but the purchase I made was good value.

Have never found a promo code for Currys that works. Plenty of codes from plenty of sites none of which are accepted at checkout.
