This was easy to buy online but could only pick up in store, it would have been handy to be able to have it delivered. Good service though and product looks good although haven't tried it out as it is for a xmas present.

Ordered a TV back in August 2010 and still received no cashback despite submitting a claim over a year ago and 4 subsequent nudges. Won't be using Currys again for cashback.

Spent £699 in August on a laptop paid in full at time of purchase (no finance). Cashback tracked okay, provided details from receipt as requested. Stayed as pending for 3 months then cashback was turned to zero and declined. Now have had to submit a claim for missing cashback and will no doubt take months to get sorted. Not very impressed with this.

Totally rubbish cashback experience. Bought the fridge/freezer in January and, ten months and three nudges later, still no cashback. And the fridge/freezer is the worst I have ever had.

Bought a TV in store from Currys, while in a hurry. They couldn't give me a discount in lieu of cashback, so I did an online reserve and collect via topcashback from my smartphone whilst at the store. The Curry's website says to allow an hour, but the order came through in 5 minutes, and I had my TV in 10 minutes. The cashback tracked without any problems. The TV needed replacing because it had a dead pixel, but Curry's were very quick to change it.

Order tracked on Top cashback very quickly so great from that point of view. Order not ready the following day when I went to get it and having bought a 3D TV with 2 free glasses I had to show on my smart phone the deal was for 2pairs not only 1 pair! (Thanks Smart phone - good job I had it with me so I could check and prove which deal I had bought!) I was unfortunatly misadvised that I required a special HDMI lead for 3D but this is not the case I discovered on my return home and all works perfectly with one I already had - But no worries I will be returning this (expensive)lead! I was also sold accidental damage cover with the sweetener of two months free but seem to have been charged already for this - I will investigate further and may cancel! Overall love my TV, have wised up to the misleading sales pich but would shop here again as overall everything was dealt with ok.

Reserve and collect was so easy, ordered via Topcashback, popped down to Curry's an hour later and it took barely 5 minutes to receive my goods ( a washing machine). Easy to validate the cashback claim just by entering till receipt and date.

tracked quickly but still not confirmed, despite theoretically being payable at the end of this month! I seem to recall that in the past, Curry's transactions have suddenly disappeared with no explanation.

Good communication from Currys, phoned them up as my old washing machine broke down, my new washing machine was delivered soon after. Drivers were very cheerful and accommodating. Will definately use again.
