Rather disappointed with Logik L22LDVB21 TV/DVD. Picture colours to "cartoon like" and unrealistic. The analogue tuner is poor (Used in conjunction with home security camera). Currys staff {incorrectly} said none of their TVs had analogue tuners fitted, subsequently found quite a few do. I require another 22" TV, it will not be a Logik

Seven month since I bought the Zanusi fridge/freezer and the cashback has still not been received and my claim for it has been stalled since complaining months ago. The product isn't brilliant either as door seals are rubbish.

I wouldn't normally rate Currys, but this was a great experience. The price was already good/best available, but the 10% discount code was welcome! The cashback tracked next day. I took the free postage option and it arrived within 36 hours of ordering. Just like internet shopping should be!

Store Staff didn't know where the item I had reserved had been put. Staff were too keen to sell 'extras' for the product or their own insurance (which cost 25% of the value of the product). A huge banner outside says they will 'never be beaten on price'. It is only in the store when the customer questions this that all the restricitve 'conditions' are suddenly mentioned. Not a happy shopping experience. However using the TopCashBack site was simple and straightforward.

I provided all the info after reserve-and-collect instore, tracked properly (although without the VAT, which I'm pretty sure it didn't say that when I did it!), now past the 100 days and tracking at zero, absolutely fuming. :-(
In this day and age of fierce competition, you'd think Currys would take better care of their customers.

amazingly currys have re-instated my cashback after making it zero. They have halved the cashback but at least I got something from my enquiry. See entry below. I may remove currys from my black list!

another supplier who thinks it acceptable to mark a cashback as zero after a few months. 6.00 plus! their process even asks for you to put in a receipt number relating to purchase which gave me confidence it would pay out. why can they not understand that i will not purchase another item from currys so i have ultimate say and hopefully this review prevents a few less purchases. i have asked for an enquiry but not hopeful.

I ordered a pc, monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard. My purchase was handled quickly and efficiently; I got the usual follow-up emails keeping me informed on shipping. However, I wasn't told that the order would come in three or four parts - I got the monitor first and the rest followed in two to three day intervals. I think the customer should be told this will happen. I don't know if Currys were aware of this as it was DHL delivering.
There are no instructions on how to set-up the computer - I'm fairly savvy IT-wise - but have struggled with this set-up.
Thinking of the whole experience the shipping was the most bizarre. Luckily, everything turned out ok in the end - a good experience :-)
