	Decline with inadequate reason. Declined the cash back, was hardly a bank breaker at a grand total of £2.50. But, it is the principle of being a massive multi millionaire company being promoted by top cash back to only decline what would be considered to them as porpers pence. Topcashback really need to reevaluate the company’s they are choosing to have sponsored on here and boot off the who are refusing earned cash back with no real reason at all.

	Currys takes a very long time to payout cashback Not happy with how long it takes to process cashback - don’t give out estimates if you don’t know when you can pay them out - and TC keeps giving me vague answers which is unhelpful

	Rarely pay out as many products have a voucher code They get round paying the attractive cashback rates by always insisting a voucher code is used to get the headline price for the produce. They've been doing this for years so never purchase assuming you will get cashback

	Spent £500 - declined They declined our purchase. Unfortunately I didn't spot this until too late and as it's past 90 days I can't appeal. Make sure you keep an eye on any cashback you're due! I'd give 0 stars if I could.

	Had to raise a claim and slow payout I made a purchase from Curry's in July 25 through all the designated channels for a successful cashback. However, I ended up having to make a claim after it didn't track and it took until December 2025 before I heard that my claim had been successful. I received payment shortly after this.

	Uplift never happens Ive used Topcashback a few times at Currys. Every time it shows a lower amount than the expected cashback stating that that it will be uplifted to the correct amount. It is never uplifted when it becomes payable. My last purchase cashback was supposed to be around 3.5% but it actually works out at 1% when payable. Disappointed.

	Complete con. Use another cashback website. I just followed the link for a 10% cashback to the product and purchased it and it’s tracking at 1%. What a total con. If i’d read the reviews here I would have used the other cashback website.

	Avoid Like most others declined. Dreadful, no reason, was due 15% on a washing machine. Topcashback should remove them from the site

	< 1% cash back on mobile phone When cash back was pending it stated it would eventually track higher. This was not the case , the initial amount tracked was the final amount given. Less than 1% of the item value. Where they get 10% figure from who knows. Atleast it tracked in this case.

	Terrible Cash back declined so opened up a case. On the case, it made me aware that you can only get cash back for the purchase, minus VAT! This is not advertised. I was expecting around £94 cash back, minus VAT lowers this to around £74. So far this year I’ve purchased a fridge freezer, vacuum and a laptop from curry’s totalling to over £1500. You’d think they’d want to please loyal customers, apparently not.

	Always declined Currys never pay out and always decline your cashback. Just bought an air fryer and cashback declined almost immediately. I still have a claim outstanding for a television bought in July but not very hopeful of getting any cashback.

	Blatantly declined Your cashback will be declined rather swiftly even if there is no good reason. Don't factor it in when shopping around, your hope will be crushed within 24 hours of purchasing.

	Got paid eventually I had to raise a missing cashback claim after my purchase didn't even track. However, after several months waiting it has now shown on my account, and cleared as payable within days. I can't moan cos I now have the money but Curry's really need to up their game, the amount of angry customers on here is shocking

	Brought a expensive washing machine and no cash back it was declined, ???? I ordered from curry a expensive washing machine; and the cash back was declined ; i should have gone elsewhere; the cash back was the only reason I ordered from curry’s quite disappointing it seems to be happening a lot

	Will do anything to avoid paying out cashback I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing a TV from Currys through TC, as it would appear that if you add on any items or buy discounted products your cashback will be void. They encourage you to buy more items but when you do the cashback is declined. Very disappointing and needless to say I won't be purchasing anything from Currys again.
