I found that whether I select the dual fuel switch or single fuel switch options, I always get questioned as if I require dual fuel and don't seem to be able to bypass the issue of not having a gas supply to the property. Therefore I can't even use this!

No Cashback amount showing since dual fuel switch via this merchant over 3 months ago. Now cannot claim as more than 100 days. Will not use again and very disapointed with Top Cashback

Purchased november 2011 - and today, after many attempts to get cashback, i am told tough, none is coming my way. If you just want to purchase from them without ever getting the cashback use them. But i won't ever be coming back!

My cashback has tracked at zero since December, reading through these comments it seems some people have eventually got the cashback. I'll put in a claim with Topcashback but the Confused.com experience is rubbish in my opinion. Will not use again

Terrible! Should never have used this site was only tempted because of the cashback however my transaction date was in June and it still is showing at £0.00 and hasn't even reached the confirmed stage. I'm not holding out much hope of getting it feel bit conned by them.

I gave this Merchant one star because zero stars doesn't show how bad these people are. First of all I had to put in a manual claim, then it was eventually uplifted to Confirmed, but despite the switch to Dual Fuel in October 2011, I am still waiting for the transaction to move to Payable - that's EIGHT months without payment.
Confused.com - get the message - you will NOT be getting my return business for any of your products ever again. Keep your £24 if you think it's worth all the bad publicity you get. Obviously that doesn't bother you - there are more negative comments on this site than positive ones - does that tell you something?

My experience is the same as the other negative reviewers. My transaction showed as 0, I waited and waited for my cash to show on my account, it didn't and then when I tried to claim my £24.24 cashback was told that I couldn't as the transaction was over 100 days old. Avoid at all cost, this merchant doesn't pay out!

Like others on the feedback section I too switched my dual fuel through Confused and I also have had my claim disallowed and 0.00 shown where I expected to get a reasonable cashback. Very very disappointing and I will not be using this merchant ever again.

Exactly the same thing with me as "foofard"
Switched in September 2011, tracked ok at £0.00 then just waited. Now its payable @ £0.00 and cannot submit a claim cos it's more than 100 days old.
This company needs looking into and people should not use them to switch for cashback.

Initially tracked at Zero with a message to say it would be uplifted after 90 days. However, they have now declined the cashback for my legitimate purchase and as it's outside the 100 days limit, I'll have to submit a Support request.
Confused.com should should be abbreviated to CON.com
Never again will I line their pockets with any kind of purchase

Transaction took place in June, Cashback showed at £0.00 quickly but is still pending and still at £0.00 even though its October and my fuel change has taken place. Due to the other bad reviews I am not holding my breath. Feel conned by this merchant and wouldnt have used them to swap if it were not for this cashback. Surely they cant advertise cashback and not give it? Trading Standards issue maybe??
