Yet again I seem to have had my cashback declined, from comparethemarket. I don't understand why this is, as I carefully followed the rules and took out some insurance. I will be following it up, to try to find out

Initially tracked at £21, then declined after I claimed the Meerkat Toy, so I presume you can't have both cashback and toy - i wish this was made clear as I would rather have had the £21!

I took out a home insurance policy through comparethemarket and initially it tracked at £1. Then approximately 2 months later it disappeared completely and I found out that it had been simply declined for no reason whatsoever. Top Cashback should not be allowing this merchant to advertise on this site as they are clearly not paying out the advertised cashback to anyone on here, and you can’t even dispute it with them. Avoid using them at all costs.

Has not tracked, Opened case however is "on ice" for 2 months, will only be sent to merchant after this time has passed. Not Good at all.

I too had had to wait for 4 months after putting a cashback missing request to topcashback. It has now been confirmed 4 months later and it still not payable two weeks later after it has been confirmed. Not good.
