Don’t bother going through top cashback with compare the market they don’t give you the cash back they promised top cashback should take them off their site I gave one star because I can’t give no stars

Got the insurance but not cashback
The process was very simple and the link went through, but it didn't show up as a transaction and the Meerkat rewards lasted 10 days before the account ran into problems
It was an enticing offer but it has happened twice using Top Cashback and it isn't Top Cashback at fault

Not "cashback" friendly
Used the topcashback link to attempt to get a quote and entered my information on the first page, clicked "next" and was told the system had "encountered a problem." Tried again (clicked link from topcashback) and again, "encountered a problem."
My suspicion was that it didn't want to give quotes from cashback sites, so I tried again WITHOUT going through topcashback, and, behold, I was able to get a quote!

Keep declining
3rd time its declined cash back on car and house insurance, no reason given as to why. Confused.com gave cash back no problems on car ins. Guess who gets future business.

Received payment safely
I had to make a cashback claim for my £30 as it did not track for some reason. I am pleased to say that Topcashback & Compare the Market were able to resolve this. Very happy.

cashback was pending then has gone to declined just at date where i could log a complaint. was for valid purchase of home insurance. looking at other reviews they are clearly not honouring claims and should be removed as a vendor on tcb

Poor - declined for no reason
As many others, my TCB claim was declined for no reason whatsoever. Will avoid these in future as they can't stick to their offer. I followed all the rules so can't trust them again.

Another scam cashback
Cashback refused, no details other than failed to adhere to the "terms and conditions" without any details. Very easy to just refuse cashback and get the business, won't happen again though!
Very disappointed with the Topcashback admin team as well, they make no attempt to get to the issue, just side with the retailer.

Always have issues with Comparethemarket
Always have issues with Comparethemarket cashback with 90% of time never getting any cash back. They are useless in my experience.
