Initially tracked at £21, then declined after I claimed the Meerkat Toy, so I presume you can't have both cashback and toy - i wish this was made clear as I would rather have had the £21!

I have had to raise support tickets on 2 occasions this year in order to get cashback payment after waiting 16 weeks. Why do they take so long to pay after confirmation??

Purchased a home insurance policy which was originally tracked but GoCompare then declined to pay the cashback with no explanation. Raised a ticket and provided details of the policy etc but declined again with no explanation. Avoid this merchant.

Cash back got refused despite purchase img a policy. Probably better off using a different comparison site that more reliably tracks the cash back if you are hoping to get any!
