	Slow to pay cashback I have used top cashback for a number of years. Every car and home insurance I've purchased has always made you wait at least 90 days after policy start date before paying cashback, this last policy was agreed in may for home insurance only just payed out. Certain retailers need to be quicker on payout

	Had to chase Considering I cleared history and cache I clicked the appropriate links , bought the house insurance via compare the market and Cashback was declined ! Chased via top Cashback and £20 Appeared almost immediately. BUT I shouldn’t have to do this !

	Let's see......going to update everyone. Just purchased Home Insurance today using the direct link through to Comparethemarket. Followed all the T&C's to the tee to ensure that I should get the £20 cash back. Showed up to say they had recorded it too but after reading all these negative reviews, will be waiting to see if it goes through smoothly.

	No Point in Using them! After having rejections on car and home insurance payments, I went to great trouble to check that I met every criteria for our travel insurance. Both policies (with different insurers) rejected. Even though they were tracked. When estimating the cost you take into account cash back, so I will probably go direct to the Insurers themselves in future.

	Within the timeframe The transaction tracked and it was very straight forward to select an insurance provider. I would recommend Comparethemarket and use them again. Previously, I used another comparision site through Topcashback that rejected the transaction. Delighted with Comparethemarket.

	Denied my claim Compare the Market, frustrating company. Took 90 days to even send them my claim, then they took 6 weeks to say "no" even though I bought my house insurance through them. Topcashback offered me the full amount as "Goodwill gesture" but they shouldn't have to! Compare the Market should have paid out. This is not the first time it's happened with Compare sites, I think the fact when you buy insurance it forwards you to the companies site, and this breaks the cashback tracking.

	Avoid as don’t honour the cash back So I bought a home insurance police last June from them, and today I’ve found out they aren’t paying me for it even though I continue to pay my home contents insurance monthly in direct debit. I always clear my cookies , so there’s no reason to not pay out. I went straight through from tcb but it’s a cop out because they can avoid paying without a reason.

	Great deal Makes sense to do a price comparison for all my insurance needs so used Compare the Market. Not only did I get the best price and choice of insurance, also earned cash back on my purchase. Very happy.

	Pleasantly Suprised I was not sure if my purchase had tracked at first a few weeks later saw it on my dash board and a few weeks after the insurance started (about six/eight weeks after purchase) it paid out. Thank you

	All went smoothly I purchased home insurance via Compare the Market and was very happy to receive my cashback approx 10 weeks later. I've had problems getting cashback when I've used other comparison sites on TCB, so relieved this transaction went to plan.

	Variable experience I have received my cash back for home insurance and am very pleased. However, I have used them on two occasions for car insurance. The cashback for both of these were declined. I have no real explanation as to why. On one occasion, I went straight to Compare the Market website and the other via Topcashback. I'm not sure what went wrong. The experience this time was good and I received the money within a reasonable time scale.

	Got lucky I have managed to get my cash back for home insurance, this isn't always the case with top cash back and using comparison site. It a hit and miss whether it works or not, guess I just got lucky this time. Didn't need to chase up this time round.
