	They say that cashback was declined due to involvement with another cashback company.. This is absolute rubbish- just a way of getting out of paying!

	Declined cashback because "Another marketing channel was credited with sale" and it seems Buy a Gift are doing this to people regularly. It's a real shame because that'll only start to put people off buying from them if they're going to keep rejecting cashback for false reasons.

	Not worth using Topcashback for. Get 12.5% back but not if you use a voucher code which they always have 20% off codes. Use a code and CB declines

	Made a perfectly good purchase of a delivered experience. Initially tracked well then, as others have said, it declined for no reason.

	Bought a 2 night hotel stay for price of one at a good price on 30th april 2013. No other voucher code used. Cash back tracked within minutes at £10 + . However noticed today under the declined cash back section that they have refused payment. Absolutely no reason why. Have submitted a missing cash back claim and am hoping for a positive outcome. If they do not pay up then I will demand that topcashback remove them from their site. Other retailers that have ripped me, and others off, in the past have been removed due to many complaints. It is false advertising if they offer cash back and then refuse to pay out. Do not put up with declined or untracked claims. Make a stand every time and ensure your consumer rights are protected and upheld. These non paying companies need reprimanding and weeding out. Not good enough.

	My cashback initially tracked then disappeared I have appealed so hopefully it will get sorted. Otherwise I am delighted with my products, arrived very quickly and well packaged fingers crossed the experiences are as good as I imagine them to be :)

	Last weekend BUYAGIFT had a special cashback rate so I bought separate gifts on both the Saturday and the Sunday. Both tracked very quickly and at the higher rate. But today both are showing as zero. However I have confidence in TCB resolving from the comments below.

	Very poor, cashback never seems to track (have tried with a few purchases, always clear cookies, don't use unauthorised codes etc..) the one purchase I decided to submit a claim on eventually tracked but at £0.00 so didn't bother querying the rest. No good having a high cashback rate if they don't pay up (for some of us)
