	Disappointed. I made a purchase through BuyaGift which tracked to payable very swiftly, so at first I was impressed. Encouraged by this, I made another purchase a few weeks later (using this company instead of a similar rival firm) and although the payment tracked swiftly, it is now showing as 'declined'. As far as I am aware there is no specific limit to the number of gifts that can be bought through Topcashback, so I am very disappointed with their actions. I shall be using other 'experience day' companies from now on, needless to say!

	Bought from this retailer for the second time. 1st time tracked fine. 2nd time I did everything the same but no cashback tracked (even though the window popped up to indicate that it had tracked). Submitted a manual claim but retailer has refused to pay up and TCB don't seem inclined to help. Not happy. Will not be using again.

	Two out of my three purchases with buyagift have now been declined. Not happy as the cash back offered was part of the reason for the purchases

	Declined cashback because "another marketing channel was credited with sale". This is absolute rubbish as I went straight through Top cashback and used the promo code on site. It's a shame for Buy a Gift as I had seen a couple of experiences that I was going to purchase. This will now not be happening and I will take my business elsewhere. These companies who reject cashback with poor excuses need to realise the damage it does to their business. If they don't want to pay it, they shouldn't offer it in the first place.

	And another decline for absolutely no reason. Can't understand why my first purchase tracked and paid but second and third have been declined with no reason? Appears this is a common experience - think TCB need to take them off the site if they're not going to honour cashback.

	Had problems with the delivery of the product, especially when the "LOCAL" depot was 35 miles away with them wanting me to complete a 70 mile round trip for something I had paid delivery for. Then after sorting that, the cash back suddenly got declined for "no" reason. Won't be shopping with them again.

	Tracked quickly but reverted to £0.00 so I wouldn't use the website on cashback basis because the general concensus is that they don't honour it.

	Rejected cashback after using a discount code listed on their own website. Contacted both Buyagift and Topcashback and both blamed the other. Buyagift state they are not responsible and it's Topcashback and vice versa. Neither offered any help so that's £30 quid of cashback gone. Won't shop with Buyagift again and not greatly impressed with the runaround given my Topcashback either.

	TopCashBack you know I'm a long term loyal member, however, I think you really need to look into Buy A Gift. Always tracks very quickly, and then reverts to £0.00 and never paid out. Never. I don't think this company should be allowed as it leaves a sour taste in your mouth and I don't like to see this linked to your good name. I WOULD AVOID EVERYONE...

	Came back as 0.00, lodging a claim, nowhere does it say if you use one of there own promotional codes will you be refused. Avoid this site if u plan on getting cashback.

	Very disappointed that discount code states 29% off everything but it was not reedemable against the product i wanted to purchase....after an hour of searching through the site. If everything doesn't mean everything please be specific Buy-a-Gift team, i shan't be rushing to use you again!

	Into the 6th month since my purchase and still nothing. Had to send a claim & a nudge but to no avail. Reading some of the latest reviews it seems Buy A Gift have not been honoring Cashback in recent months. A disappointing show and leads me to say I cannot recommend this company for Cashback. Maybe TCB needs to review their inclusion as a cashback merchant?
