Slight discrepancy between amount of gift card displayed on topcashback and the amount advertised by BT, but everything was processed in a timely fashion. Gift card received promptly after registering details on a specific BT web page, cashback followed within a month after activation.

The actual service from BT is OK. The time it took for this to become payable is not. It said it would take around 5 weeks and took nearer to 10. Taught me a wise lesson, don't rely on cashback money coming on time!

I ordered broadband and calls only but to my annoyance they have charged for tv activation and tv service. Complained to BT CEO and was advised that the matter would be sorted. To date they have not resolved the issue. Best to keep away from BT, a misleading company.
