	Textbook sign-up as a new customer followed by excessively long tracking period and then completely inexplicable decline. Chasing but Im not sure what could have gone wrong as I followed instructions very clearly.

	Didn't track, sale automatically given a ref not attributed to topcashback. Utterly rubbishy a great start to my time with bt.

	Hey, The referrer is decided on by the cookies on your device. If these show another website or referrer referred you to make the purchase they will be paid rather than us I am afraid. 	Not happy at all- used Top cashback link for broadband onto BT but their link was only to the TV packages so had to clink onto broadband- tacking number is now not accepted and no cash back will be given

	Cashback did not track or pay at the correct amount and despite raising this and chasing on a few occasions with Topcashback, it appears that I will have to accept the lower amount. Overall opinion of BT Cashback is that they are misleading with their information up front!
