	Buying the product was relatively straightforward, BT kept in regular contact in the run-up to delivery, and everything was delivered and switched on when expected. So top marks for customer service there. Also there was a special offer for a £125 Sainsburys gift card when signing up, I had to go onto another website (details hidden in the T&C's so this could've been clearer, anyway with a bit of research jiggery pokery I found it and filled in the details, you have to wait until the product has been delivered and is up and running), and I received the gift card approx 5 weeks after product delivery and activation. So very happy with that aspect of it, though it could be easier for users for it to go through automatically rather than having to enter all your details again. Cashback has tracked and been redeemed for £47.25, but it should actually be £52.50, so I've got an ongoing claim for the balance of £5.30. TC staff say it should be resolved, but it'll take a while. So disappointed full amount didnt track properly. First time I've had a problem with TC. Fingers crossed I'll get my extra fiver. Overall view, good offer, good supplier of product, keep on your toes and make sure you know where to go to claim your extra giveaways and keep an eye on the total cashback that tracks.

	I have been waiting since June and have still not received the promised Sainsbury vouchers and Top casback have been little help in advising me. Not sure what to do now but VERY disapointed I didn't get the promised vouchers

	The payout took much longer than estimated, but it did make it in the end. I waited from the end of July until mid October.

	Really pleased with BT. Switched from Virgin after months of deliberating and so glad that I did. £40.40 cashback (paid within about 5 weeks) covered the connection fee and P&P, whilst the £125 Sainsburys' gift card (from BT not TCB) effectively makes my Infinity free for the first year! Couldn't be happier to have made the move - and the crackling on my phoneline has stopped since installation too!

	It was advertised at up to £240 cashback PLUS a £125 Sainsburys voucher. Cashback wasn't the problem, got that fine. 9 weeks later we are going through the Ombudsman about the voucher as BT categorically deny ever offering this. Absolutely fuming. And we aren't on our own so don't be swayed by voucher offers with BT!

	BT have been disgraceful on this cashback experience. I originally placed the order on 28 March 2015 and have been back & forward with the TopCashback team ever since trying to get them to pay up as they stated in the original ad/link. Even now only half has moved into payable and the rest has JUST been confirmed. They have dealt the image of their brand a severe blow in my eyes.

	Hey, I am sorry you had to lodge a claim for this transaction. The merchant themselves cannot force a transaction to track correctly straight away however, if you clear your cookies and cache before logging in and disable ad blockers it can reduce the chance of a transaction not tracking as we would hope. 	A predictable struggle... cashback was paid promptly, but the £125 Sainsbury's voucher took 11 months. Take screenshots of every stage of your purchase, and prepare to deal with inept overseas 'Voucher Teams'.
