Ok, it took about 7 weeks to come through but what with £125 sainsburys voucher and £168 in cash back you'd be a fool not to do it. Amazing, fibre broadband pretty good too!

Received the expected £168.00 for the BT Broadband, Calls and TV 6 weeks after installation! My highest earning cashback yet and the Infinity broadband is incredible! 75MB/s down and 19Mb/s up, used to have 6MB/s down, 0.5MB/s up until they installed fibre in my local cabinet

cashback was nice and swift. I do not know how this works but with all the cashbacks and vouchers, the broadband deal is almost free.

I had to wait 5 weeks for connection which was frustrating. When I rung the call centre the agents were foreign and difficult to deal with the reason I called was that online it was allowing me to amend the installation date but then jumping back to the original date. Once I was finally online I applied for my Sainsburys voucher. There were issues which were resolved quickly by email and I received the voucher. Then today my cashback was declined. I half expected it judging by the reviews on here. I am glad it's only a 12 month contacy as next year I am going elsewhere.

DID NOT TRACK CASHBACK. This is very annoying as I made sure I clicked on the link using TCB website. I would not trust BT to pay cashback uising TCB. Very annoying and disappointed with BT and TCB. I believe I have made all the appropriate steps to get the cashback but it did not track... I am not sure I'll use TCB again.

Terrible! Ordered broadband and was due to receive a Sainsbury Voucher as well as about £80 cashback. Received neither and was told the reason after going through a claim was that the order had been cancelled!! We are using the broadband and phone and paying a BT bill! Maybe we should cancel and tell them that we have no knowledge of the order even though they are providing a service and we are paying them!! AVOID as they are not interested and use the cashback as a sales gimmick.
