Ordered pair Fit-Flops late on thursday and they were delivered the following monday which was earlier than advised. With a very good price plus loyalty points and cashback quick free delivery this was an excellent purchase.

Boots have been slow several times on the cashback side, though as an online shopping experience are very good.For some reason my cashback on an electrical healthcare product took MONTHS and had to be chased up.

Cashback not yet received, overdue. It seems to me lately that no payments by anyone are done on time anymore. I'm waiting for many overdue payments from several different companies and frankly (as some of them go back to being due in March) it seems that I won't be seeing any cashback from them.

Whilst I have no problems with the experience of ordering, receiving or collecting goods very quickly and boots customer service; I am having problems with orders not being tracked. I have ordered 3 times since April 2011 and none have tracked. I had to put manual enquiries. We will see how long it takes to sort out.

Boots is a great retailer to buy from, in addition to gaining cash back there are lots of BOOTS offers too, so always worth a look. They offer free P & P on orders over £45 which actually is great so you can buy loads of heavier items and have them delivered without having to cart them around the shops!
