Not particularly impressed with Boots on first visit to site. Ordered a number of items which were accepted on the order only to find some items were out of stock with no prior warning until despatch and only received one item. Cashback was then reduced to zero! Would not recommend on this experience.

would not order from boots.com ever again took 1 month for my order to arrive at the store then when I went to pick up they claimed id never placed the order and couldnt find it, however phoned the same store the next day and they said it had arrived that day and they sent 1 wrong item so complete waste of time. my advice dont order from boots.com customer service gone downhill totally shop at superdrug its cheaper!
