No problems with purchase but not tracked, waiting for Topcashback to sort. This is the second purchase I've had with topcashback that did not track will now go back to my original cashback site where I never had any problems with purchases tracking. Waiting for the tracking to be confirmed is ludicrous in this super tech age, more could be done to refine this process.

My experience with Boots was excellent. The delivery company took my parcel to the wrong address and Boots replaced my order for me very quickly. I was very impressed with their customer service which was a pleasant change from many other companies.

Although the purchase and delivery was fine, no cashback was tracked and I had to chase it up. Its still languishing in my account having been payable in April 2011. Not the experience you expect from Boots.

My order forprinter cartridges was place over an Easter bank holiday weekend. The cashback tracked immediately and I received my goods on the day after the bank holiday Monday. What service! Wish everyone was as good!
