Purchased No7 products which should have tracked at an advertised 10.1%. However it only tracked at 2.52%. Have submitted cashback claim for the extra that should have been paid, which is over 7% difference after all. Will wait and see if I now get the promised extra cashback!

Being able to order on line and then pick up goods at local Boots chemist works extremely well and doesn't cost anything. Great system.

Maybe I was unlucky but I have had to chase cashback on 2 purchases. Next time I'm more likely to either buy via top cashback from a different merchant or buy it from a Boots direct. Very disappointing.

First time I've used Boots.com. Had a query about the cost of my purchases, requiring 3 calls to thier Customer Services (because of a discount): each time very helpful assistance, and the minor error corrected promptly. Goods available for collection a day earlier than scheduled. Very efficient - well done Boots! Will definitely use again.

I think being able to buy from Boots online and have your delivery sent free to your local shop is brilliant. I'm a bit frustrated at the moment, though, because they have an excellent offer on their Soltan products and they don't have what I want in stock.

never used customer service so dont know...
the products were great...
cashback offered was great... the only thing is it became payable in december 2010 and i still havent recieved it... i say boooooo to boooots... buyer beware!!!
