Cashback awaiting confirmation. My actual experience with boots was not very good. When I collected what I ordered, the sales assistant never gave a smile once. There were multiple packages to my order and she was only going to give me one when I queried it. She then went off twice to find the other one, initially saying it wasn't there. She then eventually found it after about half an hour of waiting and never once offered an apology! I ordered online to save me time. Shouldn't have bothered!

As you would expect BOOTS are a good company to deal with. Goods dispatched quickly and well packaged. Good communication, right down to text message to tell me parcel had been delivered. Cashback was the icing on the cake.

Order through Boots.com and they will deliver free to your local store free of charge plus you get top cash back on all purchases made. Highly recommended.

Cashback experience - Poor. Still awaiting payment from a transaction in may 2011. July transaction I don't hold out any hope of getting. Think there are that many variations of cashback (30 variations as at 26/09), ie 10% for new customers, 3% for this 6%for that. That tcb nor boots can understand what customers are entitled too. Would not recommend!

Normally don't have any problems with Boots, but bought Fitflops which were on a 10% special rate - however only tracked at premium beauty rate. TCB have got some of it back and is still chasing the rest. Would still use again though.

Bought the Boots Smooth Skin which had 10% cashback offer at the time, plus £50 off online and during a 10 for 1 Advantage Points week! Had to put in a manual claim but got paid £35, took nearly 4 months from purchase. £35 worth of advantage points on my card too :)

The only thing I would say bothered me about Boots, is the fact that I had to pay for delivery, but still had to go into the store and collect the goods.
