very bad service from Boots. Said they would text me once mirror was in store - they never did, despite the fact that i visited the store several times. Just my chance on one of my visits I found that the mirror had arrived.

Strange thing is that I received 5% cashback, not the 5.05% advertised.

excellent service in terms of buying the product (bought a buggy) the product is fab and as always enjoyed using boots.com, however from my 2 cashback experiences with them I wouldnt say they were reliable cashbackers, but as I say excellent service from a shopping standpoint so will always recommend them highly

hi i bought a new carseat for my 2 year old boy great item, didnt get any cashback as used promotion code so saved over ten pound compared to the 2 pound i would of got back just using cashback, also got double points on this item and as am in parenting club got more points too. so saved over 10 pound and also got 1300 points added to my boots card so worth looking at all options

Having a small Boots 2 minutes away from me I find it really handy to get items delivered to the store so that I don't have to pay delivery charges.
