Ordered goods totalling £22.50 on 18 September as a gift for delivery to recipient. Feel sure that some cashback was shown as pending. Now the figure is in my "Payable" column, but showing as zero!
Not best pleased as used Boots because they happened to have lowest price when cashback was taken into account.
Only reason that I can think of for their action is that we used my wife's bank card for payment. Are companies looking for that kind of thing just to refuse payment?

Tracked quickly. Cashback rates are better than with other cashback sites I've seen. The new customer rates are fantastic. Less enthusiatic about existing customer rates, although it's still better than nothing. Boots offers free delivery to a nearby store, which you can pick up in store up to 14 days after it's been delivered, so it's still handy even when you're not spending over £45.

I placed my order on the 21st October, the cashback was showing within a day, and today, 25th October, my order has been delivered in full. I shall definitely shop with Boots on line again.

not impressed, have tried twice with Boots and neither time has the sale been tracked. Thanks to Top Cash I now have the first one acknowledged so am hopeful that the second one will be, probably wouldn't use them again.

goods not available when arrived at store although an email sent confirming collection was ready.staff had to take goods from shop floor to fufill my order.does not give a good impression of the boots.com service.

Do check that you receive Health Club discounts online as mine do not show and I have to contact Boots to arrange a refund every time :(

I wanted to order a product not available in my local store but knew I wouldn't be around to accept a delivery at home so used the collect in store option instead. I'm very impressed with the speed of delivery and Boots overall service. I got my advantage card points and cashback tracked quickly so what more can you want!
