There were no instructions given on what to do/who to speak to regarding the pre-paid parking. I tried to speak to the attendant on arrival, he did not stop talking on his mobile and waved me away! When leaving the car park, a different attendant was there but again, on his mobile. He didn't talk to me at all, just waved me through. Not great service but a cheap and easily accessible car park.

Did not track but put in enquiry for missing Cashback 23/5/09 but BCP refused to pay! Booking was fully completed on-line & paid for on-line, the order number was valid, date 16 May & linked to the time I visited the site & e-mail confirming the order when purchased so unequivocal proof that it is genuine/valid claim but still BCP refused to pay. Took 5 months fot BCP to respond also. Will not use again!
