	Cash back tracked fine but Merchant refused to pay out, transaction was strung out for 2 years and finally closed by topcashback... no satisfactory explanation as to why the payment was declined has been given.

	Booked three times with this merchant for airport parking and the first booking was fine. However, second and third have resulted in no tracking and no repayments. Poor. I shall not be using them again, even if they are cheaper.

	I've made a lot of bookings with this seller through TCB and to date not one single cashback has paid out despite them showing in the table with completion dates of a couple of months ago. I really don't know whether to continue using them or whether I'm just getting conned.

	Arranged Airport Parking at Birmingham for November on 20th August, 2011. As the Cashback hadn't tracked, put in a claim and told I may have to wait some weeks or months for it to appear?? On emailing BCP they advised that it is out of their hands as they obviously use a Third Party to deal with Topcashback. I have already accepted that my cashback is "down the swannee"? Looks like I can add BCP to my list of merchants not to use on this cashback site - at least they can keep Comet (who are the only other merchant not to pay out my cashback) company!!

	TCB have informed me that some other company has got in and taken the cash-back owed to me. Not very happy about this, although clearly not TCB fault. out of principle i shall not be booking with BCP or airparks again in the future!

	Tracked quickly but got a lower rate than expected. Found that using a discount code with these airport hotel/parking outfits is a safer bet than going through tcb.

	Used three times and get a great discount on parking. BUT!!! never tracked any cashback. Still waiting on all 3 to be acknowledged.

	Tried to book today for 5 days parking, price quoted jumped by value of the cashback when I went to the payment page. Customer service couldnt explain. Tried again not via cash back and price didnt jump. Booked through Purple parking and got a better price, AT THE SAME CAR PARK. BCP are a good operation, but pricing policy has now made me wary of them.

	Arranged parking at Birmingham Aiport for 20th November, 2011 on 20th August, 2011. Although I have downloaded all my booking paperwork, to-date the transaction has not been "Tracked". At this late stage I feel it unlikely that it will be tracked either. I feel my Cashback for this transaction has "gone down the Swannee"? BCP will now keep Comet company in my list of merchants not to use on Topcashback, as Comet wouldn't pay either!!

	Cashback only on ex-VAT price - a reduction wich is mentioned nowhere in BCP details. Very disappointing.

	SUBMITTED GENUINE CLAIM FOR 10 DAYS PARKING AT GATWICK AND DID NOT TRACK SO WILL PUT A MANUAL CLAIM IN LATER BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED AS IT WAS THE 1ST TIME I USED IT.

	Does not commit to cash back advertised. I bought it based on 20% cash back offer. Only received 8%. Makes a difference when choosing over another provider! Not impressed.

	Fraudsters - they claimed you could get 16% cashback buying Liverpool SkyPark parking and promptly refused to give cashback.
