Great cashback and fast paying. Over £4.00 cashback in my account! Had an issue with the carpaking flexibility on the package- but customer service team were great, and helped with issue straight away, and very friendly. (i would just make sure you print screen the package you buy).
will definitely use again.

ALWAYS take your booking reference with you....I've had a few problems with getting to the exit and no payment is registerred, then they ask you to pop your card into the machine, almost got caught out once - couldn't remember if I had actually prepaid, once I took my booking confirmation number to the CS Desk, they sorted it out very quickly!

Reference my comment below about not being able to apply the discount code on the website...
I emailed them with the code, and within two hours or so they replied, saying they would refund the discount to my account within 7-10 days.
Good old fashioned customer service! Now I didn't really expect that!

Fast tracking, no problems there.
Very good saving on car parking by paying in advance.
Just needed to speak to machine at exit barrier as the full cost of parking was displayed here and the ticket was not recognised as a prepaid ticket. However, soon sorted and no problem as there was no queue behind me!
