They do not pay the correct % cash back. You have to put a claim in for the correct amount to be paid.still waiting???

The website itself is pretty basic/easy to use, albeit my main concern here is that I have received no credit in my account. On querying it, BCP have not bothered responding to my request (which included their reference number, time and date etc. A quick, thanks for your email, we will credit your account / are looking into it would have been nice. Therefore, on the basis of not getting cashback - i'd avoid and use another merchant to book your airport partking.

Used this merchant May 2011, still waiting for cashback 9 months later despite sending several nudges! Disappointing to say the least. Only used this merchant for the cashback otherwise I could have got parking cheaper elsewhere.

The percentage cashback quoted at the time of booking meant that I expected over £11 cashback but it tracked and became payable as £1.72 (only 2%). After a complaint, several nudges and further messages, I am told that I will not be paid any more. I will go elsewhere in future as this is very disappointing. The parking arrangements were fine, but I have received the correct amount of cashback from other operators.

No box to enter online code, was told to ring them up and book over phone but that means i will miss out the exra 15% TCB,Bit of a con.Please TCB, sort this out.

BCP dont tell you when they are classing a carpark as "Exception Parking" so you get their minimum cashbach not the headline offers. Its cheaper to book direct with them. Wont be using top cashback again for this merchant.

Have used this company once before with no problems so had no hesitation in using them this Summer. Booked and paid in advance but still no sign of cashback tracking, let alone paying. Hoping tcb can sort out but losing hope with each additional day that passes...

WHAT A RIP OFF! We arrived to park our car the day after we had booked in (due to severe travel difficulties on the M25), to be informed that the company had cancelled our booking! They wouldn't re-instate the booking at the discounted price we had paid in advance. As our flight was due to leave that morning we had no choice but to re-book there and then, but a the full price. It cost me fifty pounds more for a six day booking, plus the original price of the booking. We were not alone. The same thing happened to another couple. I will NEVER use this company again. I have checked the terms and conditions and it doesn't make it clear that this practice is "company policy".

This company has been nothing but trouble regarding one transaction, they overcharged me in the first place and then refused to accept that they had, then they said that they would issue a refund and I had to send 2 email reminders and a phone call (10p per minute) to push the part refund through. I will be trying to avoid this retailor in future. NB They have now also refused Cashback, saying that I went through a different retailer. They are liars.
