Tracked quickly and paid quickly too. Very pleased with this transaction. At one stage I took a load of tiles back that I had reserved online, and swapped them for the same amount but all with the same batch number. The fact that the original lot were refunded made me worried the cash back wouldn't track or be payable, but it went through no problems.

reserved at 1 store but they rang later to say product was out of stock so reserved at another store 15 miles away so good realy.

Cannot fault B&Q on this one as the cashback tracked without a problem. Delivery was another issue though. Be warned that B&Q's home delivery use a third party courier, and as a result you are at the mercy of them, whoever they may be, as to how good that service is. I got messed around a few times by the courier, but B&Q themselves were faultless, and even sent me a store voucher as a good will gesture.

I ordered a tool box from B&Q via the Top Cashback site. The product was reserved and was available for collection from the store the following day. Excellent service with cash back to boot. Now that I know how simple it is to do, I will use the same service again.
The cash back also tracked quickly from this merchant.
