Tracked very quickly and paid even quicker! Fantastic at tracking and paying but absolutely terrible at actually getting the products you reserve! I have used it several times and on all occassons the products are in stock however when you get to store most of them are out of stock! Only good bonus is I still got the cashback for all of the products. Small compensation for them not having the items.

tHIS COMPANY ARE VERY SLOW TO DLIVER LARGE ITEMS EVEN THO' THEY ARE IN STOCK. NEARLY 2 WEEKS. MOST COMPANIES ON THE NET ARE 2-3 DAYS DELIVERY.

Very easy transaction from start to finish. I just presented my confirmation e-mail to the Customer Service desk, a member of staff then took me to the holding area, gave me my items which were waiting for me and then took me through the checkout. Very helpful, very slick.

Very good - "reserve and collect" always seems to track quickly and pays within a couple of months. I even got an INCREASED payment when I changed my mind about a reserve and collect item and bought a more expensive alternative. One other thing - their in-store customer service is always of the highest standard.
