Cashback came through very quickly and payment was winthin a couple of weeks putting others to shame
Excellent. Will use this every time I want sonmthing at B&Q
Tip. Although it states that the order will not be ready for 24 hrs this is just to help the staff. I went down immediately and collected the order myself and presented this to the reserve and collect staff. They were happy saved them a job and I got the kit immediately !!

My compliments to the 'Kitchens' staff of Cardiff (Culverhouse Cross).
Having patiently waited for B&Q's 15% off (long) weekend last weekend first thing Friday morning I was online ordering my 'reserve and collect' new kitchen units etc, an order of circa £900.00 for collection the next day.
Some items I needed were not listed on the website so, soon after ordering online, I popped to the store to buy those other items, the Kitchens staff had already learned of my order, I was in a hurry for it so I asked if it would be possible to collect it that same day.
They informed me that they didn't have the details of my order yet, from my pocket I pulled out the print out of my order email confirmation and ..... that was it, it took 4 trips in my car to collect it all so whilst I was driving back and forth the staff were running around collating my order.
OK, it obviously helps if one spends circa £1,000 but what excellent, and friendly, service, I even popped back a day or so later when I was encountering problems due to inadequate instructions of a drawer unit, still the excellent and friendly service.
Besides that, the cashback was reported and confirmed VERY quickly, AAA+

Wasn't sure how this worked as it says transactions must be completed wholly online but I used the reserve and pick up service which didn't allow me to pay online. I had to pay instore on collection. It looks as if it has still picked it up though. Perhaps the guidelines could be a bit clearer for this vendor.

Tracked quickly but for reserve and collect item, B&Q doesn't include the total price (i.e. excluding VAT). Was a bit disappointed as this wasn't mentioned in the retailer info.
