B&Q website was very difficult and poor to use. Used the click and collect service at the Rooksley branch Milton Keynes, the staff were rude and when I showed the email reference she said I need a name not a reference number. Very unsatisfied with their service.

I bought online for the reserve and collect everything online was great and the products too. Only problem was B&Q s reserve and collect system is totally pointless the Idea was good but in practise I had to a actually go round and collect the items myself because the person doing the reserve and collect that day hadn't done my order. Pointless system..

B & Q should not offer online reserve and collect, when you reserve the computer says it is in stock when it is not, and B & Q do not let you know!

Absolutely useless. Compiled a long shopping basket to reserve and collect totalling over £2000. Store called next morning to say they had no staff to pick items. Had to go to store to purchase normally so getting no cashback.
