Cashback tracked fine, however very poor quality product received from this merchant, poor customer service, goods were returned. Unlikely to purchase from this retailer again.

I would have given 5 stars all round but deducted 1 star because I was not able to choose my preferred day to collect. I ordered on a Wednesday and had to collect the next day, which at the time was not convenient. Other than that, I had no problems at all, the item was waiting for me at the collection point and the transaction was confirmed on TCB within a few days of collecting from B&Q. Would definitely use again, I just wish Hubby would let me know when he wants something instead of popping in when we pass by.

Ordered online via Reserve & Collect. Went to collect, on the day stated; No items reserved. Customer Services knew nothing of the reservation.

I placed a click and collect order for some Fernox, but when I went in to collect it the following day, it had not been picked, even though they had my printed reservation sheet to hand. When they eventually got the item for me I paid for it at the tills as a normal purchase. However item did track, but I'm not impressed with the service.

I reserved and collected however there was an issue with stock so i ended up picking it myself off shelf and paying do doubtful i'll get the cashback

B&Q are awful - their customer service is so bad, I wouldn't recomennd to anyone after some horrendous treatment two seperate friends have had!

I ordered a glass splashback that arrived smashed ! The packaging was unsuitable for glass and offered no protection .When i phoned and asked them to come and pick it up they said it would be a week before they could,in the meantime i had to try and move it without getting glass all over the house . They never came for it and i had to dispose of it myself.

Tracked originally at 2.42p then went to payable and suddenly a ZERO amount shown, i know cashback is a perk but if these merchants are not going to pay out then maybe they should not be on this site?? Also delivery was a bit of a nightmare as we were never called when they tried to deliver the first time as were both out at work, thats just extremly silly if you ask me. No point using via topcashback if not going to pay out may as well lug it all back from the store
