Tracked originally at 2.42p then went to payable and suddenly a ZERO amount shown, i know cashback is a perk but if these merchants are not going to pay out then maybe they should not be on this site?? Also delivery was a bit of a nightmare as we were never called when they tried to deliver the first time as were both out at work, thats just extremly silly if you ask me. No point using via topcashback if not going to pay out may as well lug it all back from the store

As a retailer they are fine, I use them for specific things I need and if I need something from their shop will use again.

I ordered to collect from Nottingham store not there for me having driven a far way. Asked by staff to find in stir product was not in good condition so purchased alternative to find next day was cheaper from local Wilkinsons . Not impressed with service
Not a good shopping experience

Did a click & reserve service at my local store. The product was ready & waiting for me, staff lovely. All in all very impressed. Also Cashback tracked very quickly.

The product is exactly what we were after but the staff were the most unhelpful people i have ever had dealings with. The item i requested showed as being in stock when i went to buy the item there wasnt any on display and when i approched member of staff their response was you dont trust our website do you, we are not like argos! They then sent me to the other end of the store to ask someone else. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and struggled to then walk to the other end of the store for them to then say delivery wont be here until tomorrow, i asked if they could check another local store for me but they refused to check stock levels and walked off without saying another word. I ended up reserving it at another store but would definitely not go back.

Attempted to buy an item from retailer and reserved online to find out that they had sold out the previous morning! I have raised a complaint with the retailer and if they respond with anything positive I will add this to my experience so far.

Ordered on line but only had option of collection from store for goods required. Visited store to arrange for them to deliver and because order was over £250 got free delivery otherwise would have had to pay store delivery charge. Received approx £7.00 cashback - was it worth it?. Worth noting that store said I could have rung them to confirm order and arrange delivery - will remember next time!!

Cashback on my Reserve & Collect BBQ appeared same day. However, goods were not waiting for me in store next day as stated in BandQ's email. Had to get goods from store myself - luckily they had one left Consequently, only time will tell if the cashback STAYS registered as my purchase went through the 'normal' purchase process.

cashback tracked right away but the item wasn't ready for collection, staff weren’t very helpful so I was forced to get one off the shelf myself - what’s the point of reserving an item if you have to get it yourself, although I did receive my cashback

Was able to reserve and collect items very easily and with no problems. Once at the store we had to wait a little while the assistant located our items, but all in all a good service. Would highly recommend.
