very please, reserved items but ended up getting them delivered. Items were delivered when they said they would, even on a Saturday and free off charge if you spent over £250. Delivery men were very helpful, would definitely use again

Purchase did not track on buy and reserve online order.. Cant submit a missing cashback claim as Top cashback dont accept them for reserve items even though i have a receipt as proof of puchase... Avoid unless doing home delivery

Buy quite a lot from the Kingfisher Group in the UK and in France. Used collect and select through topcashback for my local B&Q but it hardly ever tracks and I note that you cannot submit a claim. Very dissappointed.

Tried Reserve and Collect as item was not available for home delivery. Ordered late Friday - site and email confirmed collection on Sunday. Went to collect late Sunday to be told there was no reservation????? Reservation is only valid for 24hours apparently. Still purchased items as luckily they were still in stock. Happy with products and price.

reserve and collect has not tracked and topcashback do no trace reserve and collect problems,also when went to store to collect rude staff told us no we had not reserved although another member of staff seemed to find the order ok while the first 2 stood moaning about us while we stood where could hear them! horrible experience

Very fast service from B&Q within 2 hours of reserving online, had a phone call to say it was ready for collection.
Shame the cashback was not very high.

An Magnolia is so light and bright turned what was a dark room even on bright days in to a light lovely place to be Thank you. It did take 2 coats though!

Terrible Service From B&Q- Ordered Li-ion Drill with 2 Batteries on-line, collected item in store, took item home to discover that B&Q handed over Li-ion Drill with only 1 Battery. Contacted B& Q and they made all sorts of excuses blaming their on-line service and mix up with bar codes. The Jist was that they handed over an older stock item hoping that I wouldn't notice! had to return to store to get the correct item .....no apologies from B&Q whatsoever. I would STRONGLY advise others to be wary about buying from B&Q on-line and collecting the item instore- PLEASE CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK THAT IT IS THE ITEM THAT YOU ORIGINALLY ORDERED
