Lodged a missing cashback claim as my purchase on 24th January 2014 didn't show on my account. This has now been resolved and the cashback has been added to my account and gone straight to payable. So would use B&Q again as this is the first time I've had a problem with them.

made 2 purchases through TCB both tracked,but after delivery BOTH declined no reason given. Have raised 2 missing cashback claims but am not holding my breath,why appear on TCB and refuse to pay???

Did not track, got top cashback to chase up. reply from B&Q was same experiences as some other members, which was no receipt number!. All I had was the order number which should have been sufficient. Beware of B&Q they DON'T pay up on big purchases.

Used cashback to purchase 8 internal doors, cost over £300, had to lodge missing cashback claim, they have now refused my claim because "no receipt number given" RUBBISH! It was given when I supplied my missing claim, if they don't want to pay out on big purchases then they shouldn't be on Top cashback, really disappointed. Can't fault TC as they tried to get my cashback!

if going to buy expecting cash back DONT BOTHER.. big con and should not be on here..months I waited for un tracked cash back.. now refusing to pay because ive not got receipt yet I give them the the number they sent me when I paid on line.. should be struck off here. I will never shop again with them.. give it 5 stars so I get my message on here.. beware

Awful - purchase made in May 2013, had to submit 2 claims as not getting anywhere, no response just ignored! Have a receipt with reservation stated on it and proof that I paid but still not moving the claim forward - ridiculous and TCB are no better in resolving!

Should be removed from TCB. I have made around 6 purchases from B&Q in the last 2/3 months using the click and collect reservation system. This simply doesn't work. Either they don't bother getting the orders ready or they simply can't find them. But whatever happens they always decline the cash back. Total disgrace and will not use them again. They should take a look at the ScrewFix system, which works, how ironic that they're part of the same company!

Do not use! Transaction tracked immediately but cashback not forthcoming. It took 18 months (yes, 18!) and several nudges for them to ultimately say 'sorry but you must have gone through another channel'. I know this was not the case so feel totally conned. All I can suggest is look at the most recent reviews (not very endearing)and stay clear.

Reserve and collect cashback doesn't track. Have zapped cookies etc but still does not track. I have all the paperwork AND scanned the reserve and collect barcode when picking up the orders but every time I have to put in a missing cashback request. :(

B&Q purchases never track on my account. I have placed 3 recent orders and have had to raise a support ticket for each one. One got rejected as having being claimed through another channel (not correct), one got rejected as product being returned (again not correct) and one I have just raised a ticket on. Not very happy.

Visit recorded but no cash back tracked, still waiting for merchant. Despite ordering for next day delivery, items took over a week to arrive - were showing as in stock too! B & Q are very hit and miss, more miss than hit!

Bought kitchen in Jan 2013 with visit to site logged by TCB but B&Q claim they can find no record of my purchase even when they've given order number. They've declined my £33 cb claim & i'm feeling conned.

No cashback received for B&Q, very disappointing. TopCashBack support say: I'm afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your claim. The reason that has been supplied for this in helping to clarify states that your 'Transaction cannot be traced'. This does suggest that the merchant (via the affiliate network) have been unable to locate your transaction based upon the information that you have provided as your main order number for this, but more likely they have been able to locate your sale - but cannot prove that this has been the result of a Top CashBack referral. If you can be sure that you have provided the correct/valid information on this claim already, then we are sorry to report that the latter is more of a possibility from these two interpretations of this result. We are sorry that we have not been able to recover anything for you on this occasion. We hope that any transactions you go on to make in the future go a lot more smoothly for you. Please be aware that this is a group update for our members regarding a batch of resolutions we have recently received from this network

Once again B&Q have failed to honour cashback on a click and collect at their Thornbury, Bradford store. This has been the case for well over a year now and is simply not acceptable.

Despite purchasing some bedroom furniture via 'Topcashback' and having delivered by B&Q - B&Q have refused to give me my - cashback 'It has been credited to another merchant' is their response - which worries me, as that may mean they have given my personnal data to someone else. Watch out!

Order placed and collected BBQ 3 days later, cash back went through ok initially, then disappeared totally! Came back a week later, then vanished again for 3 weeks. Finally went to payable 13 weeks after purchase.

Be careful with this retailer, they will offer cashback only to quibble about it at a later date. Very much doubt that I will use them again
