Made several purchases from B&Q via click and collect. All tracked, but one by one they have been declined despite the items being purchased. Oh well...... One to avoid......

Rang me on day of delivery to say order out of stock.Will not be using again.Also 20 minute wait on phone to rearrange delivery.

Ordered items online. They took payment. After 14 days, no delivery or even a telephone call. Telephoned them and was told item was out of stock. They will refund payment (yes, after having it in your bank for 14 days getting interest for you!).

DONT Bother does not Track!!! & pick and collect you have to go to store and staff pretend that you dint make it, even after showing them the email confirmation, may be they don't know that people have smartphones these days JUST DONT BOTHER WITH CASHBACK I made a fair distance with a hired van to pick up the order had to drive ,after going through 2 managers & finally speaking to GM they agreed to deliver on my terms

Don't bother with this merchant for collect in store orders, they don't track ( none of last four orders tracked.) This is why they don't accept claims for missing cashback.

Very disappointed, bought my new kitchen from B&Q via top cash back website, was perturbed when my cashback never tracked, even though I was very careful to make sure all visits were via the cashback site... after leaving it with Cashback customer services for the past 2 months, I have now been told that B&Q won't pay up as I returned the order. Simply NOT TRUE!! My Kitchen is still standing and not one item was returned. Absolute con as I would have ordered in store had I known and got a discount that way. Very disappointed that topcashback customer services will not take this any further with B&Q.

Online stock information incorrect, staff awful! Put in a Reserve and Collect order which states that they will call when the product is ready. Didnt hear so I went to the store to be told they dont have it in stock and when I told them their website indicated they had it in stock, staff were just not interested. Put in another order with a different store, same thing; no call. A couple of days later, I was in the area so I popped into the store to discover that they had in stock but couldnt be bothered to call. So finally, I get the item I want, but staff were not interested in the order number generated via the topcashback website. If you look at the footnote of the B&Q link on the topcashback website, it reads "Please note, we cannot accept missing cashback claims for Reserve & Collect orders." I suspect B&Q is trying to dodge cashback claims.

Excellent store staff and products well worth the money nearly all the products were waiting for me they had tried to contact me by phone I was unavailable that day, was a big order so no complaints, cash back has only tracked, but going by other reviews should have no problems hopefully, excellent. Stuff.

I spent over £400 and was expecting approx £20 cashback. This never tracked and after opening a claim and waiting 6 months I had a reply saying that the merchant would not pay the cashback. Very disappointed.

Bought a Barbeque on line in August. Item delivered quickly no problem but cashback didnt track. Lodged a claim 4 months later I am told that despite order numbers etc B & Q cant trace order so I cant have any cash back...pathetic!!

WoW!!! seconed time I Used them went to store looked at the goods,reserved & picked upgreat quality great customer service,though they are a little pricy goods are superb and casback makes them cheaper!!!! this is where ill buy all my stuff for the extension!!!

HOPELESS. 3.5 weeks for delivery when the order said it would be 3 days. Package is small enough to fit through a letterbox but they organised a 2 man delivery and asked if a bus sized lorry could get down my road to deliver!! Customer service hopeless and blamed computer for giving delivery dates that they don't see and delivery company for losing delivery plan. Product only available by home delivery but if they so muck up a £20 envelope sized delivery DON'T TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING THAT ACTUALLY NEEDS THOUGHT. re-ordered through Amazon and delivered in 2 days

I spent over £700 with B&Q in May (bathroom units)/ I am still waiting for the measly £28 cashback despite several nudges. In addition the quoted delivery date of 14 days was not met.

Reserve and collect used to always track well, however in the last few months, nothing has tracked! Disappointing as I've spent £100's. Need to sort this out.

Out of 3 Reserve and Collect orders only one of them tracked despite picking up the items for all 3 orders. All orders were from different stores, so maybe some stores don't bother reporting that the item(s) has been collected.
