For the last few months none of my weekly shops have had cashback, despite meeting all T&Cs. I have many missing claims on the go now, but it seems as if asda has decided to stop paying out. It doesn't say anywhere it is for new customers only so I dont understand what the issue is. Nothing is changed or returned on any of my orders and all meet the £40 minimum.

always decline my cashback. I don't return or cancel any items. but when items are out of stock asda still dont pay cashback.

Declined. Perhaps because a refund for an item was requested? - it isn't my fault the item was missing, so of course I would request a refund for that item.
