I can only assume Asda don't like me, since all the other reviews are positive! I've done my weekly shop at Asda via Topcashback since September - none of them have tracked, so I've had to raise a claim every time. First one was declined, second one became payable in November, the rest are waiting for Asda to respond but at 4+ months later I'm not holding my breath! Topcashback customer service have been great as usual but Asda seem at best hit and miss, so if getting the cashback is the only thing swaying your decision of where to shop I'd give it a miss.

Feeling a need to show this among the 5-stars. First purchase tracked but silently got removed from the record after months with no payment. Second time ASDA waited until after the last minute I can log a missing claim to confirm they would pay me £0. Complained in October 2021 and now it's Feb 2022 ASDA is still not going to give it a ____ and not going to respond to the claim request.

Have a delivery every 5 days in an attempt to get food in date. So far nothing has tracked. I don’t expect them to pay out as EVERY order comes with at least 2 short dated, damaged or unsuitable subbed items e.g. order 2 x something ordered but 1 x of the sub sent. Which child don’t I feed??
