	Cashback on a product I was going to buy anyway I was looking for a condenser dryer and Argos attracted me because of the cashback they offered. I was looking at different websites and found Argos which also offered free delivery.

	Good service I used to shop at Argos before and spend quite a lot of money there but just know about top cash back recently. On top of the sales, I got some cash back now which is a better deal.

	Didn’t honour the deal Argos was running a new customer deal of 8.5% Cashback on topcashback. I created an account and ordered a PS5, with the offer I expected around £34 in Cashback however I only received £3.40 and when I challenged this they wouldn’t change their mind and honour the deal. Avoid if possible.

	Too Many Exclusions Cashback hardly ever confirms (if you are lucky enough to get it to track) - too many exclusions - paying by gift card, using even their own promotion codes, things on special offer - the list is endless and the cashback rare !

	Three purchases and none of them tracked Made three purchases using the 10% TCB promotion over two days on the cyber weekend. None of the three tracked. Have had to submit manual claims for all three purchases which is a pain. Like others have complained I now expect all three to be rejected on some spurious grounds. Luckily I did not included the cashback in my decisions to purchase.

	Fails to track - every time Simply cannot be bothered anymore with manual claims that will be turned down for nonsensical reasons. Just never tracks. I'm not even registered with Argos and don't do Nectar, so there is no reason

	The deals can be good but only for new customers If your a new customer the deals are good if returning not so good. In fact now we try and get elsewhere are either get better cashback or price for item in first place. Very disappointed that most of the tracking don't work and in almost every case have to put in a missing payment request. Even then Argos give some excuse about something going wrong so will not pay out. We have lost a lot of cashback because of this so wonder why we bother any more.
