Waste of time but Topcashback were honourable
Argos refused cashback, claiming that it was an invalid transaction. I bought a TV from Argos through Topcashback, I have the receipt, transaction date and time, order number, everything...so what was invalid? Waste of time and disingenuous. However, Topcashback have paid me as a gesture of goodwill. Well done, Topcashback!

I created new member and ordered through topcashback for ‘new member offer’’, followed all conditions. But they only paid lower rebate and spent months for the claim got declined. Never trust this company again. Totally dishonest.

Had to chase feedback
Ordered click and collect, all in one session. Absolutely made sure I did it via TCB. Collected the item and transaction was really good, as it always is. Product is excellent (as phone). Unfortunately, Argos rejected the cashback, and I had to appeal. Poor experience and leaves a bad impression

Cashback refused
Once again Argos has let me down, even though they have been supplied with the correct order number, they say they can't find the order. I have never received cashback from Argos. It seems Argos often refuse cashback. I wish Argos would be more honourable. Very disappointed.
