	Rejected Again Last two claims have been rejected ... "your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction." No clue as to why this should be, is it because I also got Nectar points and they are "last referral"?

	Very poor Constantly having to chase Argos through TopCashback to get my payments, and the rate is really poor for existing customers. I would not use Argos if it weren't for the fact that I also get Nectar points on purchases.

	Doesn't track, don't bother with a manual claim either cleared down cache, logged in, went to merchant's site, placed order, collected order, didn't track. Submitted claim through customer service, claim declined by retailer. Not the first time this has happened. Hence me clearing down cache first as I didn't want anything to jeapodise the claim.

	Rubbish redirection After several attempt I have completely given up. Keeps redirecting me to a site which doesn't exist. Not worth persisting any longer for 18p cashback!

	Refuted that i clicked through to Topcashback Spent £4k on a TV and Surround Sound, i made sure i had clicked through Topcashback and made sure it was active. Will not use again.

	Easy money Bought new dyson hoover, tracked immeadiatly but for the wrong amount, completed claim and it was adjusted after a few days to the correct amount. Have now just seen it has become payable already after just 4 weeks. Highly reccommend.

	Wrong cashback paid Over £12 descrepancy which remains as a query...Is it Topcashback or argos? Vwry annoyed as took cashback into what was the nett cheapest retailer....so lost out materially

	Only about 50% chance of receiving cash back through this retailer. The cashback from this retailer is a lottery rather than a reward for shopping.

	Argos Always buy my large electrical appliances from Argos because of good customer service and good value prices and of course I always purchase through top cashback as a bonus

	Avoid They claim they can't prove that I clicked through from TCB and therefore declined my cashback even though I followed all the correct procedures by clearing cookies and cache. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. Pay the cashback that your customers are due.

	Refused legitimate cashback Purchased an expensive mattress for delivery. Cashback was minimal. Refused and no appeal. Becoming very common now having to chase cashback and then declined. Feels like being used. Time to try other sites.

	The vendor did not pay the offered 10% cashback The vendor offered much less than the advertised and even after raising a claim the still only offered a lower amount that I had to accept - not impressed

	Declined cashback Spent over £300 for only 1% cashback and cashback has just been declined! Disgraceful company, should be removed from this site. Don't offer cashback if you cannot honour it.
