	Had to chase feedback Ordered click and collect, all in one session. Absolutely made sure I did it via TCB. Collected the item and transaction was really good, as it always is. Product is excellent (as phone). Unfortunately, Argos rejected the cashback, and I had to appeal. Poor experience and leaves a bad impression

	Didn’t pay Submitted a ticket as it didn’t track. TCB came back saying they weren’t the last referral, but they were so I don’t understand why it wasn’t paid

	Cashback refused Once again Argos has let me down, even though they have been supplied with the correct order number, they say they can't find the order. I have never received cashback from Argos. It seems Argos often refuse cashback. I wish Argos would be more honourable. Very disappointed.

	Easy to order less so for cashback Easy to order goods and prices competitive. Didn't get cashback despite raising a ticket. Hadn't done anything different when going through tcb and then to Argos so they obviously didn't want to pay out.

	WRONG AMOUNT PAID I bought a smart TV in January. I was new to buying from Argos on line. I should have received £12 and instead got £4. The hoops I have to jump through are utterly ridiculous. The transaction is all on Top cashback. I have supplied ALL details and you or they are asking for the SKU code. I have noted down all the info on the page that was shown. I now can't get the rest of the cash back because no one there seems to have any sense. What can I do when a company pays the wrong amount? You are supposed to sort this out. It's a bit of a con when you happily take a £5 fee off me every year without a problem yet several times now I have purchased things and the cashback doesn't happen at all. No explanation why even when I have been through your site and the procedure you insist on. I have just bought another item from Argos through Top cash back and am expecting more grief

	Tracked but failed to pay Really disappointed with Argos for failing to pay out despite increased cashback offer on floorcare. Went through the correct channels but they still declined. Will hesitate to go with them again.

	Bye Argos! Bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max, was only able to afford it with the promised cashback. After several months Argos have refused the claim despite me following the correct steps (as I always do). Very convenient that they won't pay out on a high cost item. Will not be using them again, for anything. Thank you to TopCashback for trying though

	refused to pay out again I find it interesting that every time there's a promo with a higher pay out, the purchases never track correctly and I don't get paid out. Just been told my purchases for the 10% promo last November (black Friday weekend) have been refused. Unfortunately, I'm not surprised anymore.

	Lost cashback beacuse of there error I lost my black Friday cash back because of Argos error. After a week of waiting to get a come and collect text I contacted Argos to find out where my item was? They said it wasn't in stock anymore. They gave some story about black Friday causing their system to accidentally put orders through that weren't in stock. They couldn't just reorder they had to refund my money and I had to place the order again but it wasn't on Black Friday obviously so I lost £17 worth of cashback my first decent amount. Strange as I still got the same item that was out of stock.

	What is really going on? Have ordered from Argos and another big High Street name in recent months. Both were for not inconsiderable amounts of cash back. Both allegedly did not track. Topcashback settled the ‘other’ claim after instructing to deduct VAT and then did again themselves rendering the claim void but then paid up. Not so with Argos with the subsequent claim being rejected on grounds had clicked elsewhere which considering it for £25+ cash back and over a decade of using topcashback, is considered highly unlikely from extra care being taken. Am left wondering who really responsible.

	High purchases they will decline I use Topcashback a lot, so I know how to work it to ensure I get cashback. I brought my Sofa online with Argos and they said they could not track it, conveniently as it was a high purchase amount.

	Refusing to pay out on larger purchase Only went with Argos as they were offering 10% cashback, for me this was £23.90, this did not track so I raised a claim, after 3 months it was declined because apparently "the network" did not identify TC as the last click. Typical response which apparently can not be overruled. Another devious way for the merchant to refuse cashback. Several other lower value purchases from different merchants on the same day tracked and paid out which just goes to show that Argos can not be trusted to pay out and should be removed

	I'm not the only one to lose out.... Made multiple orders with Argos whilst doing everything correctly and yet my last two big purchases didn't track so I contacted customer service. They eventually came back with a "resolution" which was that Argos had denied the cashback for nothing orders. Topcashback is now full of these retailers who promise big cashback but deny the payout once ordered!

	4 of 4 purchases all denied cashback Ordered 4 items over a period of 6 months using my Topcashback browser (it's not used for anything else so that claims can't be denied because of cookies, etc). All 4 claims were denied.

	Cashback claim declined after waiting since November 2023 Argos had a special10% cashback offer so I purchased through top cashback after ensuring that the cookies and cache were cleared as I always do. But after making a claim on 06.12.23 the claim was declined. So either Argos didn't want to honour their higher cashback offer or there were problems with tcb's tracking as I have previously received the normal rate cashback.. Not happy
