	They'll pay on the small ones, but not the large bills I had thought I had good experiences with Argos, until I did a £800 order, and suddenly cashback wasn't honoured. This has now happened three times on larger purchases. Smaller ones seem to go through without an issue and I use exactly the same browser and everything else, so I can only assume they are being duplicitous. Will be using other websites as a first port of call for those larger purchases now.

	10 months still waiting I bought 2 x automatic cat feeders online and picked them up. I've had to chase missing cashback, send nudges and still nothing. In those 10 months, I have avoided buying ANYTHING from Argos if they avoid paying out via Topcashback. As someone else has said, honour the cashback or get off this site!

	Always an issue Not sure why everything I buy with Argos is an issue - all 3 large items I have purchasing iphone, tv airpods £1500+ - I have had to open a case for missing cashback - smaller stores no issue - Argos sorry you need to sort this out as not a good service - either withdraw from topcashback or provide a better service Thank you top cash back for sorting out my 3 issues stemming back to January

	Never tracks None of my 6 recent transactions with Argos have tracked. After making missing cashback claims for all I have finally received cashback on 3. The other 3 remain outstanding, one from a year ago.

	These are messing people about left right and centre Argos cashback looks very suspicious to me it seems like they have a delaying tactic on items over £30 buy things for less and it tracks I use the same route to buy stuff from them via Top Cashback and it's a pain in the backside here we are in September 2025 at the time of posting still no resolution on an tumble dryer I purchased November 2024 for £349 system says "waiting retailer " about time someone from TCB got hold of these people and ask the question do you want partner TCB or not would not recommend them

	Never tracks Minimal cash back offered and never tracks for me (others do). Take forever to deal with missing cash back claims. I currently have 2 claims outstanding for 9 months.

	Didn't get expected cashback The cashback was displayed as 3% when I made my purchase via top cashback as a new Argos customer, however, I only have 1.5% pending which is very confusing! Shouldn't it be the % shown when making the purchase?

	Sorry but I have to say not good After 3 purchases - an Iphone, TV, airpods - I have had to contact customer services about all 3 not appearing on my dashboard - £1300+ worth of cashback claims and it has taken a lot longer than 90 days for one claim to be accepted still waiting on the other 2 - I dont have any problem with customer services but not sure if Argos actually want to be part of the scheme with them withholding or not acknowledging purchases

	No cashback after 9 months I've got three claims in with Argos as generally I do like to shop there although this experience would make me think again. One is from 9 months ago the other two more recent. Shopping with them would be easier if they honoured the agreements and there was trust in the brand.

	9 months, still no decision I made a purchase 9 months ago. Despite numerous “nudges”, still no decision. How can it take this long to check if I made a purchase via TopCashback?! Just waiting on them rejecting it, as that’s what companies seem to do. Sick of these scummy companies rejecting valid claims!

	Cashback refused again! I have made a few purchases from Argos in the past few years and they consistently refuse to pay cashback. Very unimpressed and disappointed. They have now lost a customer. Shame!

	Dishonest I had to make a claim for this and two months later they have declined without giving any reason. There is no possible basis for rejecting this.
