Customers leaving reviews on Trustpilot, where they have a three-star rating, praise them for being prompt and careful, as well as attending call-outs and fixing problems quickly, with one saying they “never failed to impress”.

Someone describes how they had only called for advice about an issue and the AA sent someone out to fix the problem, while another says their car was back on the road within 40 minutes of calling for assistance. Another positive seems to be the fact that membership gives you discounts, while you can gain access to offers via the website.

	Whilst I haven't been waiting as long as others for news on my AA Cashback (almost 2 months) I'm still at pending stage and can't help but look at all the negative feedback and wonder if I will ever get my money. Payment in 60 days is not likely to happen! As with others, I purchased the cover in good faith believing that I was going to get good breakdown cover for 3 cars at a good price. Unfortunately my first experience of topcashback is not great at the moment and I can't see how to chase for an update. I paid in full and really do feel misled at the moment.

	Hi there, You will be able to view the estimated payable speed for your transaction on your account by going to your Earnings page and by selecting to view your 'cashback by date', Please be aware that these are just estimates based on the previous payout speed of the merchant so it can on occasion take longer for the payment to come through, however, you should see your transaction start to progress in due course. 	AA Simply cancelled the cashback exactly 100 days after the transaction period. Never going with them again!

	Got top cover for my car on 15/12/2013 still waiting for my £63 cash back suppose to be paid in 30-60 days happy with cover but would like paid my cash back to be paid

	37 weeks after my purchase my TCB is still pending. So long ago now TCB will not let me put a claim in. Check the stats out, N\A .... That is because they no longer pay out. Check the forum out, lots of annoyed customers... Do not buy because of the TCB.... You will not get it.

	I've taken out several AA products, all of which offered cashback. I have yet to receive cashback from any of the products taken out. Since I joined the scheme several years ago, I have had no problems with any other merchants. Unfortunately the AA has let the side down again.

	Took out Breakdown Cover in March 2012 through Topcashback with the offer of £50 cashback. Definitely went through the tcb site but it didn't track so I raised the issue. Sent nudges once a month since. It is nearly two years later and not heard a thing. Very very poor on both the AA and tcb. Seems to be a lot of people have had the same problem unfortunately. I have given no stars as even one is too much!

	Purchased joint membership and relay in May 2013. It is now December 2013 (over 7 months) and no cashback has been paid.

	Used AA a couple of years ago, but although they took something like six months to pay the cashback, they did actually pay. Went with RAC last year, and whilst not quick, they paid much sooner than AA had previously. Up for renewal now, so with RAC renewal cost ridiculous, wanted to look at AA again.... That is, until I had read the reviews about non-payment of the cashback. Thanks to all leaving this feedback, having been with either AA or RAC for 30 years, I have for the first time gone with Green Flag this year. It seems that the AA are winding people up by being a terrible cash-back payer, and this makes folk like me consider using a company I'd never used before. This can't be good for AA business long term surely?

	Denied £80 cashback as apparently I bought the product through another website other than Topcash back which I did not !!! Nothing I can do about...

	Purchased in February and still Pending. I have doubts that it will ever be paid. This experience has made it very unlikely that I will renew with them next year. I don't like to deal with companies who don't keep their promises or delay doing so for as long as possible. For the sake of paying as promised they will lose my business.

	Took out cover with AA on 1 Feb and still no cashback at end of August, promise of £50+ has not materialised. This was first transaction via topcashback disappointing outcome.One star.

	Tracked almost immediately. When I first bought the product said payment within 12 weeks. When it reached the 12 weeks it was changed to 26 weeks. The 26 week period ended yesterday and I am still waiting!

	Purchased last November and did not track so I raised a ticket. Four months later and I am no further on. I never rely on cashback and would have purchased the policy anyway, but the cashback offered would be a nice bonus. There again you don't expect a company like the AA to not pay out. This experience has definitely changed my opinion of them. From the rest of the comments on here I won't be holding my breath for payment.

	Purchased 9th September 2012...tracked to pending...estimated payable 13 weeks...16th March 2013 still pending. Have lodged tickets with TCB...latest 20th Feb and asked to wait another 4 weeks before nudging again.I feel it is incumbent upon Topcashback to ensure that the merchant meets its obligations/commitments or removes them from the site altogether. Other merchants I have dealt with have met their obligations and I feel that those who don't should not be afforded the opportunity to sell their products to Topcashback members. Used RAC last time and they paid out as promised.Even if this is resolved the AA won't see my business again.

	Tracked but not confirmed/payable after 4 months. Can't submit a claim as 100+ days. The expected payout date is 13 weeks = 91 days. Likely they put it this high as they won't get chased up by tcb in most cases...

	Still waiting for cashback 7 mths after purchase put in a support claim 3 mths ago. AA still not payed out despite policy number being supplied and purchase date.I will not renew next year due to this poor service.
