	1st purchase has not tracked and I have an enquiry with the retailer; the item was delivered approx 1 week later. 2nd purchase tracked very quickly; delivery took longer to arrive as I opted for the free courier (1 week longer than usual as DHL is now £1 instead of free) and there were delays at the warehouse but they gave me 10% discount on next order as compensation without asking so that's pretty good. So far I've had discount on every order. My advice for using this retailer - make sure you order well in advance of when your product is required as delivery can take a while unless you want to pay extra.

	very unreliable retailer in my short experience - offered a discount for paying by bank transfer (and said that domestic bank transfer fees will apply), and then offered an international (german) bank account. tried to get them to accept my debit card instead - one helpful email response, then no response to emails or answer to their (0870) phone. website is also slow and glitchy sometimes. my advice - avoid!
