Interesting site, if can figure out how to pay for my order I shall most probably use them again. Unfortunately as my Visa debit card isnt accepted I have to pay by bank transfer, which I have been unable to do via internet!!! Only seem to accept Solo or Maestro,or credit cards. Could not get to accept Visa Debit. As nice as I found this site, product wise I found it confusing payment wise. Fine if as I said using Solo, Maestro or Credit card.

I've used zooplus before and I'm very impressed with them as a retailer. Very prompt delivery and there always seems to be some offer or free gift or some such. On the cashback front, popped up as pending nice and quickly - still waiting to see how quickly the payment comes through.

Cashback has tracked fine for my order but the service from zooplus is terrrible. One item was missing out of my parcel and when I contacted them they would only refund the amount, they wouldn't send another. Therefore if I still wanted the item (which I did) I would have to reorder, losing my first order discount on it and incurring a delivery charge. When I phoned to try querying that way they couldn't even find my order or account. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.
