	Been waiting since mid January - cashback has been confirmed but not gone payable. This was supposed to be a "faster payer". Reading other reviews it looks as though I'm not the only customer with this issue. TCB just say they are chasing William Hill.

	4 Months and still not even confirmed and theres many others in the same boat! Ridiculous considering others have been paid already from transactions that are only a month ago

	14 months, repeated chasing up and still no response or cashback. Either TCB are not bothering to chase the merchant or the merchant is refusing to respond. If it’s the merchant not responding then why are they still allowed to be on this site if they are refusing to communicate with TCB. 14 months - Absolutely shocking service.

	I've been waiting for this cashback to be paid since May. Not impressed, think I may cancel my TCB membership and start looking for another cashback site!

	I have just had a look in to this for you and I can see that this has now gone payable. TopCashback
	Almost 6 months on. Still not tracked. Still no resolution, despite regular nudges and following all the necessary requirements. Very disappointed with this merchant. First problem I have had with Topcashback in years of using this great service :-(
